Tinkler – Bidvest Wits Have Changed

Cape Town City coach, Eric Tinkler, has said that Bidvest Wits are a different team under Gavin Hunt, who he believes has done a good job with the Clever Boys.

Cape Town City take on last season’s Absa Premiership runners-up in the MTN8 semifinals and, as a former Wits player, Tinkler has said that the team has changed a lot with the former SuperSport United mentor at the helm.

“It’s true I know Wits but a lot has changed,” Tinkler told journalists. “Coach Gavin has done a lot with the team and they are doing very well.”

Looking ahead to today’s match at Bidvest Stadium, Tinkler went on to predict that the challenging game will prove to be an entertaining affair.

“We just have to play our normal game and make sure we win. Obviously it won’t be an easy game as both teams have started very well but it will be entertaining and tough game,” the former Orlando Pirates coach concluded.
