Brazilian Legend Ronaldinho Reveals His British Dream XI

ronaldinho, onaldoFormer Barcelona magician who is considered to be the best player of his generation, has revealed his best XI players from England that he rates most. The thoughts and opinions of Brazilian legend Ronaldinho who won two Ballon D’or and other individual awards deserve true respect.

At club level, Ronaldinho played first for the Brazilian club Grêmio before spending the bulk of his career with European clubs Paris Saint-Germain, FC Barcelona, and Milan. He then returned to Brazil to play for Flamengo and Atlético Mineiro before moving to Mexico to play for Querétaro.

With Barcelona, he won La Liga twice, the UEFA Champions League in 2006, and accumulated numerous individual awards, including the FIFA World Player of the Year in 2004 and 2005 and the Ballon d’Or in 2005. Ronaldinho was named in the FIFA 100, a list of the world’s greatest living players compiled by Pelé, and to the FIFPro World XI from 2005–2007.

Ronaldinho has picked his Best XI British footballers ever that he respect and rates highest. He selected four(4) defenders, (4) midfielders and two(2) strikers to form his British dream team.

1. GK: Joe Hart

Ronaldinho has picked Manchester city’s current number 1 as his best British goalkeeper for his consistent running of excellent performance and clean sheets in the premiership and England national team.

“Joe Hart is a great goalkeeper, he has all the qualities of a good goalie and he always delivers in great occasions.”

Ronaldinho’s lob over David Seaman at the 2002 World Cup appears to have pushed the former Arsenal keeper’s name out of the running.

The Brazilian instead plumped for England’s current number one, Joe Hart, who currently keeps goal for Manchester City.
